At Rudy Project, we stand behind our performance eyewear and helmets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original packaging, including all cases and accessories, and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
